This is a guided Journey that we will do together. After communicating we will determine your Journey intention and goals. I will contact you either by phone, Skype or other means. I will walk you through breathing and getting into your body. Together we will take a Shamanic journey and will traverse your energy system, other realms and non ordinary reality together. This is a way to meet and communicate with your spirit family, your inner aspects and your subconscious in order to get answers to questions or problems that you may be experiencing. I will teach you how to do this on your own so that you may learn how to have continued support for a lifetime.
